2. What does the price include? The price of each villa is inclusive of all charges, even a lifetime club membership for one family. However, there will be a separate surcharge for the stamp duty / registration of the property as per the government rules.
3. Any other costs? Maintenance charge for the golf course and other facilities, which would be decided at the time of possession 4.What is the project completion date? We have commissioned the first phase of the project by June 2009.
