The Seven Lamps is a part of the Vatika India Next Township at Sector 82, Gurgaon. This architecturally inspired building will rise majestically from its neighbourhood to create a new landmark and describe a new sky-line – which will be visible from far and wide. There are seven towers - which feature choices of 2, 2+study, 3+study, 3+s and 4+s bedroom and few penthouses.

The entry to the development is from a 24m wide road, which has the convenience shopping and public plaza area located next to it. Beyond the plaza, the entry to the complex will be manned by a security gate house to control the traffic and pedestrian movement in and out of the complex. This entrance driveway will lead to a landscaped arrival court, from where roads will branch off to the various towers and the facilities.

The club is situated adjacent to this arrival court, with its own drop-off and parking. The club is designed very carefully to strike a balance between necessity and luxury. The various components of the club – lobby, multipurpose hall, gym, change rooms and the swimming pool & kid’s pool – are all laid out to create a “Resort-like” feel. Gazebos and landscape structures are then spread around the green area around the club – to create spaces for small parties, picnics and casual interaction. The other facilities would include tennis courts, badminton court, volleyball court and carefully designed kid’s play areas. Jogging tracks and dog-walking trails will also be planned in the overall landscaping.
